Right, got a little bit of money saved up so want to treat the ST to a new head unit, specs I need/want:

- Large Touch screen (Double DIN)
- Sat Nav
- Bluetooth
- Full iPod Connectivity

Other stuff that would be desirable but not necessary:

- CD, MP3 CD, and DVD
- Input for reversing camera
- Input for a TV receiver

Now I've been having a quick look around, and one that has caught my eye is the Pioneer AVIC-F20BT, it ticks all the boxes up there, has a 7" screen, sat nav, CD/DVD, input for reversing camera, can get a TV receiver for it, has full "made for iPod" compatibility, and has an inbuilt Parrot Bluetooth Module.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this unit, and could recommend it, or could recommend me an alternative that is similar or better?

I'd be interested to know what would be a good aftermarket replacement for the mondeo HU too. At the moment I'd rather stick with the stock Sony HU than put the OEM sat nav in.

before you buy the pioneer id recommend reading around on what the alternatives from alpine and kenwood are like as theyve all got the strengths and weakness and to actually go try and demo the units.

ive currently got the f900 and dont rate the sat nav on it or av options on it and from reading around on avic4112.com the f20 is quite similar just a lot faster and newer and if your looking to spend a bag on a stereo you want one thats as close to perfect as you can get

one thing id look into if your planning on playing avi files is to actually test your files on a demo unit.my pioneer doesnt play most of my avi files and sometimes when playing from sd the framerate can be so slow that you cant actually make out the video

now previously i had clarion and kenwood unit and they played most of my files without a hitch

I had a Clarion MAX973HD in my last car, great unit and I'm gutted that it won't go in my new car and will end up having to ebay it after all.
Has everything you listed above and more:
7" touch screen, sat nav, bluetooth, ipod certified, DVD, SD card, 30Gb HDD, outputs for rear screens (2 zone support), inputs for TV/Camera and all sorts of other addons from clarion such as DAB radio etc etc.
