i am needing some items to extend my media pc into another room, basically my media pc has the below spec...
Core 2 duo E4500 @ 2.2ghz (not overclocket yet)
Gigabyte socket 775 motherboard with onboard HDMI
4 GB Geil DDR2 memory
480watt Antec truepower PSU
2 1gb Samsung spinpoints
2 x 750gb samsung spinpoints
1 x sata blu ray reader.
Gyration wireless keyboard and mouse
all attached to my Sony 46" lcd via HMDI
What i want to do is put a monitor/keyboard and mouse into my Kitchen meaning drilling a whole in the cubby hole that my media pc is and running some cables through (approx 5 metres of cable required), Whilst i am not using the media pc i want to be able to play games in the kitchen (nothing to hardware intensive but something like ARMA 2 and starcraft 2), I only have a max of £300 budget for Graphics card/ Monitor and decent keyboard/mouse combo, I will need the keyboard/mouse to be wired as well.
Any suggestions.
