I'm looking for some luminous tape that would stick to a balaclava and gloves? I have a great idea for a fancy dress party to wear a balaclava and those skin-tight nike football gloves...and cover them in that luminous tape stuff 
Reckon it would look pretty coolio 
I guess I'd just be looking for where I could get these, or the net might be best.
If you guys have any suggestions for fancy dress then I'd love to hear them! I'd like it to be fairly easy - nothing too complicated and I'd be going about town so nothing too embarrassing!
