Spec me some new games

I haven't a clue as to whats out there at the mo and any good.
What games would you lot recommend?
Past fav's have been Age of Empire types, C&C, total war, HL2, FPS'ers etc.
Anything good out there?

Warhammer Dawn of War is a game I quite like.

'tis an RTS....you have to capture and hold points to gain requisition. Which is better then just destroying everyone else

Something to do before you destroy them!

Oh, and for turn based strategy, Civ4 Complete. Probably the only game I could ever feel confident recommending without having actually played it myself.
