My budget is £500 - £600

The comp I am running at the moment is:
AMD Phenom 9630 quad 2.3 GHZ
4 Gig ddr 2 ram
AMD RAdeon 5800 series.
780W PSU
Windows 7


So What i really need is a new case, motherboard, cpu and graphics card.
I have Hdd and Dvd player.
I use the pc exclusivly for gaming so would like as much bang for my buck as possible.

Well it will still be good to know what PSU you have so you are not trying to run £500+ worth of stuff on a £10-20 potato.

Buy a nice new one with quality internals and a watt rating/amperage rating that is true and confirmed.
