Simple request:

DDR3 Dual Channel
2x2 GB
Pricing around £80
Lowest Possible Latency
Highest Possible Speed
Best for gaming with an i5 (??)

Ram may not make much difference, but I'd still like to see some personal opinions on the subject.

If its for i5, then you will be needing RAM rated at 1.65V or below.

With this in mind I would suggest this set.

My reason for suggesting this set in particular is :
Its the cheapest 1600MHz, Dual channel, lifetime warranty, low voltage kit on OCUK. You could spend an additional £10 on the CL8 version - but for the tiny performance bump I don't reckon the cost is worth it. For that money you can increase you budget for the case or CPU/GPU cooler - where the extra £10 will give you a large increase in performance.
