Spec me some RAM

Just got a Rampage IV extreme board and looking to get some ram RAM. looking to spend £100+/- £10. Running with a 4820K. Board takes DDR3 2400(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz.
Is it work going for the 2400/2133(OC) or should i just get some 1866/1600?
