I'm looking for some fun and relaxing games I can play (preferably with controller via Steam Link although I do have a Roccat Sova now..) when I get in from work that don't require too much commitment. The more relaxing the better!

I'm dipping into Witcher 3 and Skyrim occasionally just to explore despite having them both finished with silly amounts of playtime but I'm looking for something a bit more casual.

Any suggestions gratefully received. So far I've got Abzu, Bit Blaster XL, and have completed Ori and the Blind Forest, Inside, Limbo and Never Alone so those are out.

Edit: have also completed Brothers, Talos Principle, Trine 2, Dear Esther.

Cheers chaps and chapesses!

I used to love those books! Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone were awesome. Purchased!

+1

On PC, I've still got The Forest of Doom and Caverns of the Snow Witch to play. Going back to the books, if you haven't already, play The Crown of Kings by Steve Jackson, or alternatively, buy them on Steam. :)

I think the last book I remember was Talisman of Death or something like that. Cheers, I'm really glad this stuff has been resurrected. Tempted to buy some of the books for my nephew now!

Ori is said to get quite hard!

To the moon is an amazing short story game, loved it!

Dear esther, everybodies gone to the rapture, gone home, firewatch! All are classed as 'walking sims' but all have fantastic stories and great soundtracks

Spate. I loved LIMBO and Never Alone, and spate is somewhat similar. A bit less 'game' and a bit more 'walking simulator', but the sound was one big ASMR hit for me. It's short, though, maybe 2 hours.

Dead Space, Fear, Alien Isolotion.

Any of the telltale games series (walking dead, wolf among us), civ 6 (steam controller is a great way to play it from the sofa if you have one) , Brothers a tale of two sons (amazing game albeit slightly short), rocket league (great for short bursts, although not necessarily relaxing).

Brothers is a great shout but I already completed that a few months back. The control system hurt my brain at first but it's very well done. :) Trine 2 is another I loved.

Talos Principle was good too.

A Book as in what you read, like omg where do u go to read it like in peace?
soo much annoyances i could never read a book, i get too much interruptions :(

Earplugs? I read on the train which has the added bonus of not having to make eye contact with any other human for the duration of my commute to work.
