At work this week I'm going to be doing a lot of waiting around so I'm in need of some good time wasting games.

Want something I can get into rather than the quick play games like angry birds etc.

Temple Run - Free (Very addictive would highly recommend)
 
I've recently been playing Game Dev Story.

Basically you run a gaming company where you have to employ staff and make different types of games.
 
You didn't say if it was iphone or ipad but 4 Elements on the ipad is a great one imo.
Cut the rope is great.
There are several of those escape the room games too. The Antrim ones are probably the least illogical. Some are just plain odd in the way you're supposed to find things out.

Very addictive, Know quite a few people over Twitter who keep posting fantastic scores, constantly wanting to better mine and @ them in the screenshot!

If racing games are your thing, then Real Racing 2 should keep you occupied for a while!

a breaker....

brilliant game.

draw race is another great game. even better if you have mates on it. you can race against each other.
