Spec me some tyres?

Currently got barely legal ditchfinders on the bora, need new rubber asap especially with winter coming up. Wondering what people recommend.

Fake Audi wheels by any chance?

Obviously its best to get something decent like Contisport Contact 2's or F1 Assymetric but I guess you dont want to spend £500 on tyres, so go for Falken FK452's.

For that tyre size F1 Asymmetrics are better than the Ultrac Sessantas, so i'd go for the F1's.

Yeah RS4 reps, came with it when i bought it. Not a huge fan to be honest.

FK452's seem to fit the bill on price, having to get deeper into debt for tyres so no, don't really wanna spend £500.
Any other recommendations? Got a £300 budget.

Take this opportunity to flog them to an idiot on Ebay and get some nice OEM VW wheels, they'll look better and you'll get cheaper tyres as well.

Thats actually a pretty good idea. Will be looking for some decent wheels in the new year anyway.
Any idea how much rs4 reps go for second hand? Two are in desperate need of a refurb the other two are ok, £250-£300 sound about right?

I was just going by ebay prices, as long as I get enough for a set of OEM wheels i'm not too fussed.

Been offered £200 by a mate at a meet tonight, fair enough really.
Get some OEM wheels til I've got the money for a decent set of alloys then.
