Spec me some updates

Hey guys, I've been off the gaming scene for a while and I have a back log of games to complete.

Most games I can get simple updates for, however I'd like advice on the following games:

COH - There 10 patches out, no bloody I have to download and install all 10 do I? :eek:

Sureley there must be an easier way?

Guild Wars - I haven't touched this bad boy for years almost, I'm fairly sure when I install the game it's going to have a ludicrously large update. Can I download something in advance?

Stalker (First one) - There are a few packs out AFAIK that have some rather nice mods. Which ones would you recommend?

I can help with Guild Wars at least. I'm pretty sure there is no way you're going to find the files in advance. However, when I installed about two weeks ago I was fully prepared for it to be downloading all day and night. I am on ancient 512k you see. I don't remember exactly how long, but I was playing it a few hours later, on a decent connection it really shouldn't be bad at all. My friend tells me it was under an hour on his average connection.

Just add the -image switch after your Guild Wars shortcut and it'll download and decompress all the files in one go, negating you having to wait in-game whilst it does it between maps. Which is infuriating to say the least.
