Spec me thread - Download machine

Spec me the LOWEST power consuming download machine (Pref portable but this isnt a must)

Wired and wireless connectivity is a must also

Don't need windows as i will use an old copy of Vista i got laying about or use a free OS

Needs: 2TB HDD ( Internal i hope ) and to be small as possible

EDIT: Forgot main bit, QUIET as possible

Budget: £300

What form factor are you looking at? Presumably by "small as possible" your thinking mini-ITX in which case there aren't a whole of of cases that will support 3.5" HDDs.

As for CPU/mobo, I would use AMD Zacate, could even double it up as a HTPC?

I do have a few rips so yeah. And small enough it will sit hidden or i could even put it on a shelf. I don't want a dvd drive i have an external already from an old netbook. Easier for me too

It will do everything you want.
