spec me totally silent pc please

no monitor.. keyboard.. or mouse...

just a totally silent (as silent as possible) for the least amount of money. doesnt have to play games.. just run applications... maybe play the odd dvd/music.

hopefully i will get this in a few weeks...

use it for leaving on constantly downloading... so it wont keep me awake you see

i wouldnt mind the cube style computer... it would be ideal if it was portable.. but better than a lappy
