I could really do with a bit of advice on picking a couple of graphics cards. Annoyingly my 7850 has died meaning not only do I have to resort to onboard graphics for a few days but it also means that I cannot pass my 7850 onto my brother who also has to deal with the horror of onboard graphics, so long story short, I need to buy two cards now, rather than not really wanting to buy one
.
Card 1:
Direct replacement for a 7850. I'm not a hardcore gamer but I do like to know that I could effectively play anything at my res (1920x1080) with the settings maxed. I'm not interested in 4K or anything like that, so I imagine a mid range card should do? Budget circa £200, but that can creep up if an extra few quid would get me something SICK
Card 2:
Replacement for onboard graphics. My brother needs a card that will play simple stuff like Fifa 14, C.S.G.O and minecraft at 1920X1080 on semi decent settings without it turning into a slideshow. Budget circa £100, although cheaper is better.
Any suggestions? I literally don't know where to begin
Cheers
Josh
