Spec me under £300 system

Just going to have a browse, but someone would like me to build them a system for under £300..

Requirements: HD, Internet, Work, Video, [Games - Eve Online + some basic fps]

Should be a task.. Anyone have some suggestions?

keeping some of the older parts.. (Case, PSU, HDD, Optical)

Thanks, both valid suggestions.. gonna work on a variant of Tech_144s.. since the £300 is non-negotiable.. heh... he buying a car + computer... there is no more fund available

Considering we can recycle a case / psu, and keep his old HDD and DVD...

Think this is the setup ill go with.

Heres an alternative, if you dont want to go for this Id recomend spending up on your 300 and getting a better CPU or mobo, either an E7400 or a P43 board eg Gigabytes GA-EP43-DS3L
