Right the time has come to rid the NF7-S and Mobile CPU. I mainly use the computer for multitasking, running Satellite TV, Movies etc. I dont use it for gaming at all. Budget of <£450 to include PSU, Memory, CPU, and GFX card and MB plus anything else that is a definate like cooler for o/cing. Plus HDMI port would be a bonus as im running 37" HDLCDTV. Thanks

The graphics card has a hdmi port to connect up to your tv and the E6300 cpu should be great for multitasking.

edit: If you wanted to save some money I would go for a cheaper graphics card and just get a DVI - HDMI adapter.

thanks, is that ram sufficient enough to produce a good overclock and if so what would i be realistically looking at in terms of clock?

Well if the RAM is rated at 800mhz then it should do 800mhz, it might have looser timing than high performance ram but it would overclock. Agreed with the aftermarket cooler, from a overclocking, noise and cooling performance point of view.
