I was thinking of an Xbox but prefer the idea of a small rig.

This will be in the living room so needs to be small and inconspicuous.

My budget is £600 and it will only be used for racing sims.

So what would you recommend?

Edit, just a thought and this may well help, I will be playing on a LG 65" OLED TV

Ok, I knid of thought so.

Here is the cunudrum

I want to play the game in the loft where the LG tv is.

I currently have a rig that would probably be man enough, I7 CPU, GTX980ti, 16G Ram, Water Cooled.

However the thought of having to lug it into the loft everytime I want to play a game puts me off.

I did look at long leads but that has its own problems

So I either buy an Xbox and put up with the limitations of configurability and not being able to download free cars and tracks or I build another PC for the office.

However I need a decent PC that allows me to do video editing.

So would £600 get me a video editing rig? If so I will start a new thread

It's doing ok at the mo on my 40" 4K samsung. About 107FPS

However the Xbox will only cost £180

With the money saved I could get a sim seat as well :)
