Spec me up for Gaming Café

this is for my business studies coursework, but i was just wondering if anyone would be willing to spec me up a gaming PC that has high levels of graphical power but costs £1000 max. it NEEDS to be a high spec, produce high levels of graphic detail and high framerates.

if someone could spec me a dual core, x1900 graphics and 2gb of ram pc then i would greatly greatly apriciate it

EDIT: the monitor + keyboard mouse etc doesnt need to be in the £1000 budget. £1000 on the pc, then the rest can go on top of the £1000.
