spec me up lads

need new cpu, mobo, ram and psu. i would say about 600 quid sounds good? i hopefully will be o/cing. i intend to play the newest fsp games. i think i will get a seasonic m12 series psu. was thinking:
e6300
Gigabyte DS4
GeIL 2GB PC6400C4

i will also be needing a graphics card but will be buying that with the money i make from selling my old rig, hopefully around 200 mark what's the best graphics card then?

oh and btw sure there isn't wrong with anything of the above?

I am realy pleased with it. I have not tryed any ocing because i dont realy need to, its playing most my games with high setings at native res. It will overclock very well though if you need it to.
