Hi guys,

Got a budget of £800, looking to buy a computer and a monitor but minus keyboard mouse and speakers.

Main use will be as a gaming pc (in particular Counter Strike Source.)

17" flatscreen would be nice.

thanks

You sure you really want a TFT? They are good enough for average user in games but if you play CS:S seriously and have a CRT your ok with, I'd consider giving it a miss.

Comments:
The first two don't have DVDRW and only 80GB hard drive. The first squeezes in an E6600 and X1800 XT but has only 17" monitor, an M-ATX board and Smart Power 400 Watt PSU (which will be somewhat pushed).

The second two have powerful Seasonic S12 PSUs, 19" screens and the third has a 320GB hard drive and DVDRW. The X1800 XT is changed to a 7900 GS.

You can get a 19" widescreen (1440 x 900) for about £10 more than the 19" ones, the 17" screen is only £20 - £30 cheaper.
