No overclocking, no games, but **** be upgradable as and when...

Base unit only with no OS. Cheap & cheerful, with future upgradability in mind; all you need is a new graphic card to play games, CPU is also upgradable to X2 or future AM2+ chips.

If you are not looking to upgrade for a long time then u can go for a cheaper PSU instead, just make sure it's branded.
