friend has 500 quid to spend. wants it to be able to run sims 2 perfectly, already have set up in mind but would like some suggestions please and thank you!

sims 2 hardly requires a high spec anything other than onboard graphics should be fine. a decent cpu and mem with it will be fine

well hes got a celeron and a 660gt agp and it plays crap plus he'll wonna play other games as well

Yes youll need more than onboard for max settings and stuff like AA, that gfx card he has now is fine for the sims, just need 1gb ram and a p4.
