NutritioN what seat did you replace the drivers one with ?

im interested in taking out the standard one and fitting either a reclining bucket seat or full on one :D

the looseness of the OEM seat is noticeable :(

That looks like a standard Recaro with a proper fitted cover on it, could be very wrong though!

I've got a pair of Bride fixed buckets in mine, and to be quite honest it's the best "handling" mod i've done. 100% communication of what the car is doing, the steering wheel becomes a steering device only and not a grip :P

i've got both Brides in now, the GF hates it but then she hates the car on a whole anyway :D

What do you mean by "looseness"? Waist bolsters? There's a couple of screws you can adjust to tighten things up; of course if your bolsters have nothing left in them this won't help. :D

So the standard seats have adjustable sides to them? If so that sounds good to have, I always find seats are far too wide.

I'd really really like an Integra. I test drove a rough looking DC2 about 4 or 5 years ago and absolutely loved it, razor sharp, the whole thing felt wired into me.

Problem is that AE86's are slowly crawling down to reasonable money again and given the choice between the 2 I'm never going to pick the ITR so it's one of those "sometime never" things I guess.

Yup just the standard Recaro cover.

As far as standard Recaros go, they're great but as neil-ste says - nothing compares to a proper bucket + harness combo. I'm a sucker for original looks though, couldn't fit a nice track seat in this car. Mine is in good condition, but I'd love a second Teg to strip and track / compete in the Nippon Challenge series. :)

nah my seat is loose as in it doesnt hold its upright position firm enough.

as in if grab the seat form behind u can wobble it bakc and forth u see :(

but yeh bride F.T.W lol haha wish i could afford them even tho someone on ITR

said his mate was willing to let a set of reclining ones go for 700£ brand new :D
