I need mobo/cpu/ram/gfx card

I already have psu/case/keyboard/mouse/drives etc..

I have around £750

I was thinking the below :

Intel Core 2 DUO LGA775 E6600 2.40GHz Retail / Intel 965P LT Motherboard /
2GB Corsair XMS2-6400C5 DDR2 Dual Channel Kit - Bundle (BU-004-OK)
£424.97 £424.97

GX-044-OK OcUK Galaxy GeForce 7950 GT OC SILENT 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/HDCP/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-044-OK)
£174.99 £174.99

Subtotal £599.96
Shipping (City Link Parcel Next Day (Delivered Mon-Fri)) £8.95
VAT £106.56
Total £715.47

The board won't really allow you to do any overclocking I don't think. Personally if I had to take one of those bundles I'd take the Intel Core 2 DUO LGA775 E6400 2.13GHz Retail / Gigabyte 965P DS3 / 2GB Corsair XMS2-6400C5 DDR2 Dual Channel Kit - Bundle (BU-039-OK). <- get a better cooler for the cpu and clock it a bit if you can.

An E6300 oem/6400 with another cooler, and a DS3 would allow you to do some clocking if you are interested in that.

agreed, i'd avoid the intel 965board all together! and go for the cheaper option which is still a cracking cpu and will allow you greater overclocking headroom!

Thnaks for the heads up, I'm not up on the core 2's tbh what kind of overclock is possible with that 2.13 chip? on air :)

Also hows the GFX card? are the GT's alright? i currently have a 6800Ultra.

just check my sig fella, and i haven't even began to push it yet lol! 3.2ghz on air on stock volts can't grumble at that
*edit
the only limiting factor for me is my ram at the minute as i can't downlock the ram using a lower divider! my pc5300 is currently stuck at pc6400 speeds
