Thinking I finally replace my Antec Sonata mark 1 as just come into a bit of money & things are getting a bit cramped in there with todays GFX cards.

What I need though is something with a door so the power/reset buttons are hidden as I have toddlers & they like nothing better then pressing buttons. Also would like to keep the noise down. Looking to spend £100 & a brucie would be if it had a Motherboard tray.

The Akasa Mirage 62 sounds just about right.

EDIT: Rats! The power button is still accessible when the door is closed. Perhaps a wee mod would remedy that.

Was just about to post about the power button & its also very u.g.l.y. I think the P182 might do the job, althought just read that the included fans are a bit loud

If you can stretch to £117.49 you could get a Lian-Li PC-101. That would be an excellent choice, better than the P series I'm sure.
Excellent case and very spacious!!! :)

With a GTX installed:

hmm that is rather sexy, are the included fans of a decent quality or do they need replacing?

They're supprisingly good TBH. At 7v you don't notice them. As far as i know they're produced by Adda for Lian Li. The code printed on them is: LI121225BL-4

I replaced them with 1000rpm Sharkoon Silent eagles for ultra quiet operation though but the airflow is still very good regardless. I've had a P180 in the past and this is (in my experience) both easier to work in and quieter.

I have a Scythe Kama bay taking up 3 optical bay slots as that feeds cold air directly into the case.

Also, missing from the pics is the 2nd HDD frame meaning you can fit 6 drives in the lower section. It's quite compact outside but manages to pack a ot in without being cramped!

Here's a pic for you from the front:

I like how understated it is! :)

OK I am sold, wifey even thinks it sexy although she would prefer it if I get the silver one. Anyone know if OC ever stock these as there over £130 elsewhere?

Just seen a silver Lian-Li PC-B20A for a good price, how does this case compare to the 101?

No idea on silver 101's fella sorry.

The B20 looks good though.

If it's a decent price i'd go with that. Looks to be a little more compact than the 101 and comes in the silver you want. :)

EDIT: Has a removable mobo tray! That's very nice! It's limited interior space doesn't matter too much then.

Think that ticks all your boxes mate! :)

Have ordered the Lian-Li PC-B20A & a 120mm & 80mm Sharkoon fans to replace the supplied ones. However now getting concered that a GTX wouldn't fit inside it  Anyone on here able to put my mind at rest??

edit - Just found there is 10.75inchs of room for the GFX card & the GTX is 10.6 so should fit just
