Spec me up

Thinking of upgrading the mobo. Here's what I'd like, so if anyone has any recommendations, they're greatly appreciated:

Matx
AM3+ (have a Phenom II, could go FX in future then)
USB3 with internal 19/20 pin header
Sata3

Closest I got was Asus M5A78L-M/USB3, which is very similar to what I have, just with a couple of USB3 and Sata3, but no internal USB3 header.

The thing is with that it doesn't have beefy VRM phases and no VRM cooling, of which both you need for FX 6300+

I'd go down the Intel mobo route paired with a Pentium anniversary cpu got more choice and upgrade potential and sell your amd socket mobo and cpu

Just looking into this a bit more and there seems to be a few options released in the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 and ASROCK 970M Pro3.
Any thoughts on why OCUK don't stock either, are they not great boards. Also, personally I'd like the Gigabyte board but with SATA3, is this something that would be coming out if anyone knows of releases happening?
