Hi there, looking to upgrade my stuff, i have £300 for all the parts i need, this is what i have atm:
8800gts
2gb of weird generic ram 667mhz
foxconn mobo (old one)
E6400
thermaltake psu + thermaltake aguila case
it was prebuilt, which means the psu/motherboard and ram are not up to overclocking the e6400
This is what i need in that budget:
Motherboard - a good p35 thats also a good clocker, easy to set up etc since ive never really done any big upgrades like this. (dont want a gigabyte btw)
power supply - thinking of the corsair 520w
4gb of ram - geil will probably be ok
cpu cooler - would prefer the artic 7 because i no it will fit in my case
oh btw, the 2 things im buying no matter what are some mx2 thmeral stuff, plus the akasa cable ties (2£ one of the £4 one) just add these on top.
