I want a bigish jump in CPU power gonna keep card for time being max spend is £400

gamming mostly , cos if i can game its gonna do everything else well in it?

Other than the GFX card what else are you keeping for your new rig?? keyboard, monitor etc??

CPU
MB and I take it i need new ram

All other bits I can reuse .

Thats what I'd buy for that money and it should overclock very nicely. People have been seeing 3Ghz with the above setup (as long as your case is cool) so it would fly compared to what you've got now.
