How do you feel about the southbridge block stopping you using some of the expansion slots?
What pump are you using, and what else will be in the loop? What budget?
This will tell you if ek do blocks for it, I'm arguing with adobe reader at present so can't open it
You're a lucky man...
Intel LGA 775 P5Q Deluxe
For the cpu, ek supreme lt
For the northbridge, either EK-NB S-MAX or EK-NB/SB5. I vote the former.
For the southbridge, EK-NB/SB ASUS 1
For the mosfets, EK-Mosfet ASUS 3a, two of since there's two sets of mosfets
edit: since I am indeed blunt, I shall include pictures. Ek blocks are lovely, strongly recommended. A full board set is going to cost you but if you're keeping the board for a while it's well worth doing. I think I'm getting ones machined from stock my UD5, and if that's not excessive I'm not sure what is. Asus warranty remains valid if you remove the heatsinks, so if the board gives up in a years time you get a shiney new one back to fit your blocks to. The guy who makes these is called Eddy, and is a really nice bloke. I don't know if that matters to you, but I like buying from someone who I know I'd get on well with if I met. He sent me cad models for parts of his blocks when asked
You have still not provided enough information though, so this is not very personalised. However it would be a very solid starting point. Blocks all available in acetal (opaque black), the pics are of plexi to show the insides
