No. If you can't be bothered to do any research into watercooling yourself, water cooling is not for you. If you won't read any threads on it or try google before you buy, you clearly won't after you buy, and we'll be looking at "oh noes i killed my computer with water".

Go and read everything you can find about it then ask questions. Don't ask vacant open ended questions when you won't understand the answer.

Primarily because your title was initially "speak me watercooling £200" which annoyed me immensely. Doubtless you don't like my tone, but I'm completely correct. If you don't bother researching this, which you clearly haven't, all you'll achieve is a dead computer. It is not reasonably possible to describe in detail how to watercool a computer to someone with no knowledge. At least there is little motivation to write a few thousand words for someone who hasn't bothered typing "watercooling guide" into Google for himself.
 
Then use your little research to ask specific questions.

"1/2" barbs with 7/16" tubing is recommended everywhere, but I like the look of compression fittings. Can I use 7/16" tubing with 1/2" compression fittings for a better seal?" is a useful question. "Tell me what bits to buy plz" is a ******* useless question.

At some point you're going to realise you need a place to put radiators, and shortly after that you'll realise your antec 1200 isn't exactly ideal for this. How willing are you to cut holes in it? Have you seen an example of a watercooled 1200, perhaps one which you don't really understand the layout of and would like one of us to explain what's going on?

Read this. It's relevant, covers very similar components to you, and has many excellent examples of useful questions eliciting much less sarcastic responses, even from me. It's also right next to this thread at present, so extra easy to find.
