Spec me watercooling setup please

I've decided to go for watercooling and have been looking around the net at different components but with so many i'm a bit lost. I'm not a hardcore overclocker or gamer so I do not need extreme cooling. What I want it to cool is just the CPU and the GFX card. Quietness of the PC is essential. My mobo is passively cooled anyway. My GFX card 6600GT is not very hot and the CPU is AMD X2 4200+ at 2.4GHz with a view of going to Conroe in future. My case is the Lian Li V1000+. I was thinking of getting a 120.2 rad which would be mounted at the back of the case behind the rear exhaust fan. I also would like to make the reservoir visible in a 5.25" bay.
What are the components that you would recommend?
How noisy are the pumps?

Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra+ kit, no point spec'ing up as this kit comes with most top end stuff plus it caters all your needs.
connect the fans to a controller or 7v them down for quietness.

I've looked at that kit as it has very good reviews. The reservoir which comes with it is not exactly what i'm looking for but I can always get a separate one. I want a reservoir that can be mounted horizontally in 5.25" bay. I would cut a window in the drive bay faceplate so that some of the reservoir is visible.

the res you want tend to crack at the seams, best research it before buying.
