Spec me: Wireless headset for PS3

I'd like a headset so that I can chat to people I'm playing online with. I believe with the PS3, they work via bluetooth? Will any bluetooth headset work, or do I need to look out for ones specifically made for console gaming?

Hmm, I googled it and I can't say I like the look of that. It's one of those things that hooks over the top of your ear, and is therefore incredibly uncomfortable.

Was in Argos yesterday and noticed they has the turtle beach x21 for £40. I've heard they're pretty good.

I got a Turtle Beach PX3. It's wireless and cost £60. It's really nice actually, works on PS3, Xbox and PC/Mac.

Has some gimmick stuff that enhances sounds, can be a little useful in some games for hearing footsteps and stuff but I dont personally bother.

Best wireless headset you can go with is the Astro A50 headset, although these are very pricey at over £180. Another one I can recommend is the turtle beach PX5 headset,which comes in at around £150. Both of these are 7.1 surround sound too!

I have the Sony stereo wireless headset and its fantastic. Only gripe I have is that on heavy gaming sessions your ears get a bit sweaty.
