Spec me

Im looking to buy a new case, PSU, Motherboard, CPU. Ive got a budget of around £350-£400. What can i get for that price. It needs to be 64-bit and capable of handling 8gb ram. Ideally id like AMD but not that fussed of Intel can be found for cheaper.

Also i forgot to mention im using Linux so it needs to be compatible

Cheers yeh im basically upgrading as my motherboard is playing up (wont shut down). I also really don't like my case so i thought while im at it i might as well upgrade that at the same time.
