Well i just wanted a few more opinions really, want to upgrade my E2140 sometime soon. Will be used for gaming but mainly running Linux. Including monitor (22", something like a T220 but without the red tint :( ), Mouse (looking at the Logitech Pilot or a Steelseries Kinzu), Keyboard (Logitech Classic 200?) and wireless card (i have an N router, but Linux support is vital). I have the case and optical drive (although it's IDE, doesn't make much difference). Budget of say £400 to £500. Thanks :)

Oh, and i have an X1950 Pro that does pretty much whatever i throw at it.

You seem to spec kit for a lot of other people on here so why not spec one for yourself & let us give you options on that spec?

Because most components i'd use aren't actually on OCUK...

Viewsonic VX2260WM ...............£135
Seagate 7200.12 - 500GB...........£35
Patriot Sector 5 Viper II 4GB........£80
Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P......£125
Phenom II 720 BE.......................£90
Be Quiet Straight Power 650W......£65

Or something along those lines, can't decide between AMD or Intel though... also, i would prefer a PSU with Dual Rails rather than Quad Rails.

Most PSUs only have 1 Rail, with overload protection on 1-6 lines, that's what the split on the Power diagram normally shows. Depending on the PSU that overload protection can kick in from 19A-30A or not at all.

The Antec Signature Premium 650W is very nice, but £20 more. :D
Or the Corsair TX 650W £78.99

The Be Quiet Straight Power uses cheaper parts compared to them or it's own brothers the Dark Power Pros.
