I have 1300 pounds to spend.Must have atleast 3tb but after that i just want the best i can get

Would prefer intel if possible but hell whats wrong with amd?Please no noisy coolers,Silence isnt necessary but would prefer it to be fairly quiet.Will be doing very very little oc'ing,cos this needs to last a long time.

EDIT: oh by the way,no need for a gpu at all

Does this budget include KB/M, Monitor, OS?

Or is it just for the tower?

What are the main uses for the computer gonna be?

Does include KB/M.Does not need monitor or OS.Gonna be used as a dvd ripping server.Needs a bit of oomph hehe
