Need a monitor, cpu, ram & mobo. Have everything else including a Thermalright True heatsink, so oem cpu will be fine. Mainly use it for gaming, dont do any coding/photoshop. Currently have a 5850 so after a 24"+ monitor. The option to crossfire on the mobo would be nice but not required. Budget is £700 max. Thanks

£700 not sure if it warrants being spent on a i7 though since i dont code etc but not sure

So for what i want it for. AMD will be a better option than i5/i7?
I do like the idea of getting another 5850 but would 2 of them not be slowed down on an am3 setup? Would i need to have the same brand of 5850? I have the xfx one so would i need another xfx or does it not matter? If so i could opt for something like this

So it would be ok to flash my current 5850 to an asus one and be able to use the voltage tweak on both?

Good point, doubt ill need the voltage tweak. So the ram i choose will be ok, says its C8
Will the motherboard support 1600 ram? it says 4x DDR3 DIMM 1866(OC) / 1333 / 1066 MHz, nothing about 1600 :s
