Spec me!

OK, I'm currently using a Thermaltake Kandalf LCS case. Its huge, heavy and definately robust. However, I'm in the mood for a change.

If I were able to sell this case, what would it go for? I've been quoted about £100, sound about right? Only reason I ask is that this will pay for the new case.

Secondly, I'm after a case that isn't overly flashy, but cools well and is quiet.

In case you need to know, my aging rig is as follows:

Q6600 OC'd to 3.2 GHz
4 GB (2x2GB) Kingston Hyper-X 8500 RAM
Sapphire 3870 Toxic Edition
Asus P5K SE Mobo
Corsair HX620W PSU

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Coolermaster CM690-II is worth a look

The front led can be turned off(its off by default),and there is room for 10 fans.
Oh,and you can only ask for price checks in the Members Market(which you have access to).

Antec P183 would be a good choice. Price for the kandalf is to high as can be had new for £120.

I have been looking at the fractal R2 case, similar to the P183. Any reason to spend the extra for the antec?

The fractal r2 does look really nice,not supposed to great on cooling,though im sure a couple of decent fans would sort that out.

I bought the Xigmatek Utgard from a high st shop and found a faulty fan control knob and the power led and hdd led wired up wrong (could have fixed the wiring, but why should I). Emailed Xigmatek support and got no answer. So took it back and got a HAF 922. Am finding the cable management and cooling great in the Haf.
