Right, yes it is another spec me and i thank all in advance for your help.

I need a new chair. Needs to be high back as I am tall with good lumbar/posture support.

Been looking at the 'Easy Veronesi Leather Chair' whihc has memory foam, nice to sit in and a fairly high back. Not sure if am allowed to link to the hgih street office supply store?

Although, a mesh one is now starting to appela to me. Can anyone help and suggest some good ones? Looking at £150-£200 tops sadly :-(
 
surely you would be better of walking around places that sell computer/desk chairs and actually sitting in them?
 
Yes I've tried many of the usual suspects, all except Ikea (dreading the minute i mention Ikea to the wife so hoping to not go there), and can't find anything tidy. Will have to resort to online hence the request for peoples ideas/experiences.
 
the problem is no one knows how big/small fat/thin tall/short you are, speccing a chair could be a bit hit and miss.
 
As Stulid said, best thing is to actually try out several chairs.
No-one can tell you as its subversive and each person will have a different opinion.
 
Well, your wife's gonna love this, but I've had a few chairs in my lifetime and for it's price non more comfortable than the Markus from IKEA. I'm 1.85m and when I put my head it rests nicely on the headrest, your head may just make the top of it. Lumbar support is good and the seat is very comfortable, so I would suggest getting down to IKEA and trying one out
