Hi,

Guys I have been asked to make a gaming rig for my friend for up to £600

Will this do? Any suggestions?

He is got them

He is got hdd with a Windows 7, if he will install all the new hardware will he need to do reinstall of windows?

He doesnt have to, but it would be best to maximize performance.

I can see nothing wrong with what you specced then if he's got all the rest.
Maybe if he could stretch a little though, try and go for 8GB ram, its soooo cheap.
