a new gaming mouse!

I know, sounds stupid...but I'm about to throw my Razer Deathadder through the window. Third one in 2 years (all warranty replacements, nonetheless) has kicked the bucket.

Now, shockingly, I'm not buying another Razer. My issue is I want something that feels as good in the hand, because I do love the Deathadder ergonomics.

I'm tempted by the Logitech G700, which can be had for £53 delivered elsewhere, but I'm open to suggestions. The G500 would have been a no brainer, but I hate the colour! :p

Dont want to go any more expensive than the G700 (£53), and cheaper is better. Ergonomics is #1, but a few extra buttons will be appreciated as its for gaming as much as general use.

Thanks!

Edit: After looking at the Gadget Show deals, the G500 at £33 is looking mighty tempting...hmm!

Double click issue on all of them, and the scroll wheel is playing up now too. The build quality doesn't inspire confidence in their products, and I've always loved the excellent cs from Logitech

Oh I had that problem once. It's because you've gotten your scum into it most likely. You should dismantle it (voids warranty) and give it a good clean.

I may well do that and sell it, but I'm tempted to give the G500 a try anyway. The extra buttons may well come in handy, as there's been plenty of times I wished my DA had a couple more :)
