spec me

Help on this would be appreciated too as im also looking for a new MoBo around this price, with hopefully more than 6 sata ports witch are right angled on the side of the board along with the usb3 header angled for best cable management.

Sorry if asking in another persons topic isnt allowed/

@OP,

• What size board do you want? ATX/mATX?
• Do you want the option of SLI/Crossfire support?
• Average overclocking? or do you want 5GHz again?

I would have gone UD5H if I was getting a board purely for overclocking. Though I believe my new UP4 TH could get there without probs. Not so many USB ports though, I count 6 but also 2 thunderbolt. :)

Get a UP7 it's coming out soon, amazing power phase configuration...32 power phase wtf? Probably £250 you could save up for a bit longer?

Otherwise, UD5H gets my vote.

Hicookie is a great clocker I agree but not top. Not top ten infact.

Pro - OC top league on HWbpt and number one is Andre Yang

Thought you were talking about overclocking (i.e maximum CPU frequency)

Hicookie 1st for a 3570K - http://hwbot.org/submission/2309871_hicookie_cpu_frequency_core_i5_3570k_6924.5_mhz

And dint he have the top spot for a 3770K on a UP7? only to be beaten by another UP7 - http://hwbot.org/submission/2308291_hkepc_cpu_frequency_core_i7_3770k_7090.95_mhz

The UD5H has a DVID setting.
