A budget workstation for £600-700 Excluding VAT.

Core unit only including case (One with an LED preferably :X), no windows, no peripherals necessary.

The work is mostly web and document related. Excel and millions of tabs in his browser

He'll be running two monitors, think there's a need for a GFX card or from mobo should suffice?
