Hi Guys,

After a new graphics card that will play rome total war 2 and company of heroes 2 at decent levels.

Currently have an ati 4850 512mb card.

To go in a Q6600 4 gig ram system.

Not more than £100.

I'm not gonna lie to you, but I think you gonna need to upgrade both CPU and graphic card to play these two games at reasonable settings (as in not running like a slideshow)...

It's not just about the graphic card...those two games you mentioned are not only graphic intensive, but also very CPU demanding as well.

Here's the benchmark for CPU performance scaling for COH2...note that it was the Titan used in this bench:

The Q6600 performance would be roughly be around the same level as the AMD Athlon II X4 640 listed there...the average frame rate is just 23fps, and minimum frame rate can easily be another 10fps lower than that.

Unfortunately I was unable to find the benchmark for CPU performance scaling for Rome 2.
