keyboard and mouse :p

The ones im using now are just standard microsoft internet keyboard + mouse but they have got abit grubby.

Not wanting to spend much, about £40(not each) in all for both of them.

What do you suggest?

Oh yes btw i don't really want wireless as there can be a delay with the mice and it would annoy me :p

edit: been researching and there seem to be loads more wireless than wired about, has wireless improved, is the same as wired now? I don't really game either

thanks but i don't really game, its mainly used for internet/forums :p msn/browsing/coursework etc etc

wireless or wired? if wireless is any good then i found the

Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 4000

looks good.

Wireless has improved a lot and now I'd say there is no more lag than with wired mice, at least in most situations, particularly if you aren't gaming. I've got a G7 and use that for gaming with no problems but it is outwith your price range anyway, however having used several more Logitech wireless mice for office type tasks there has been no lag.

Something like these may be suitable for you if you don't want to try wireless, I've picked a Microsoft keyboard as I find them to be the most comfortable of all keyboards, I'm still using one I bought 3 years ago now. The Intellimouse is a classic, resurrected and needs no introduction. :)
