hey i have around £140 to spend on a new monitor and was wondering what to get and where from and so on please help

pretty decent monitor for the cash.

Hi there,

With that budget I would go with this 24in one.

I can't see any in-depth reviews of it (there don't tend to many in-depth reviews at this end of the market - 60Hz TN panels) however it does get a pretty decent rating here.

Also, if you are using the monitor for not too much fast-paced gaming and more applications that can make use of good colour accuracy - then the LG IPS235V (an IPS panel monitor from LG) is worth a look - here is a review from the same place as before.
