i be using this for a bit off gaming and watching tv and blue ray films do you think i need any think else .thanks

Change the mobo to the one rjc suggested, drop the ssd down to 120gb and put the money saved into a 280x

For the sake of £9 I would stick with the Gigabyte board. The SSD is obviously the ops choice if He requires that much storage. I would disagree about the gpu as well, seeing as it is only for light gaming. The 270X is more than capable.

umm no its not £9 its actually £27 as you don't need the separate cpu cooler as one comes with the msi motherboard, the 270x maybe capable but the 280x will be better if it fits in the budget as it'll allow the op to play more demanding games without having to fork out for a new gpu.

The Civetta cooler is rubbish anyway so you might as well just use the stock one. A bit of casual gaming doesn't require a 280X in my opinion. Just because somebody has a budget doesn't mean you have to spend it all. Let's just agree to disagree.
