My director originally wanted a mac, but now isn't fussed whether it has Windows or Mac OS's.
The main thing he is after is battery life for all day (10h- although it might be "asleep" for a few hours of this) a 15" screen, good build quality but not bulky. He will only be using normal MS Office, PDFs, basic stuff so doesn't really need high spec specs. A good warranty would be a bonus.
We don't really have a budget but £1000 (inc VAT) would be a ballpark figure.
Also can laptops be charged via the cigarette lighter in cars these days?
