I wouldn't go near the CM unit. Get the Antec.

As Indie said above. The Intel builds can be upgraded in the future allowing more performance at a reasonable price (2nd hand most likely) whereas the AMD's are in budget but you would need a whole new base unit when you wanted to upgrade.
