Morning all,

I would like to add a second hard drive to a HP DC7700 desktop.
I think hard drives are mounted in cages using an M3 thread screw which hold the HDD to the cage and is screwed in from the outside. The HP has a rail system with quick release brackets (same sort of thing as you find in Dells) but instead of a standard M3 screw it has a sligtly fatter head to allow it to click into place on the rails.

Please could anyone let me know where I can find four screws to secure an additional drive or even what the screws are?

Hopefully this is sufficient, I should have mentioned it's a Torx screw:

Why!?

Technically it's not a pic of my pc but an identical one in the office. I removed the hard drive from the drive bay and took the pic this morning.

Genius, someone clearly had their Weetabix this morning! Thanks for that. :o

/deletes thread with daft question...

We've all done it ;) It's a bit like when you're upgrading the RAM in a server for the first time and you spot the motherboard diagram on the inside of the lid: Aaah-ha!
