I personally wouldnt get that mobo, Id get the P43 gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L, it'll mean pushing the budget £15 but its worth it, rest looks ok though, only place I can see to trim money really is PSU/case but you already said PSU a must so......... Maybe CPU down to a 2200 but its not worth the small saving for the loss in performance

maybe swap the case to the Coolermaster Elite 335 Case, which will give some cash to get a p43 mobo.
